How to add your medical practice

To add a medical practice to your profile login to your account and go to your account.

From here click on the Practices button and then click Add Practice:

Start typing the name of your medical practice in the field:

Click on the name of the practice that appears in the list and then click Add Practice:

Providing your Surname, First Name, Date of Birth and Mobile Number match those held at the practice, your practice will now appear in the list. 

If there is a problem with your details matching you will receive a message that you need to contact the practice first and update your records.
